Founder and principal attorney
Kristi practices exclusively in the area of immigration law, and has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families realize their goals of achieving lawful immigration status in the U.S. Prior to founding Dalling Immigration Law PLLC, she worked as an attorney at a non-profit immigration legal services organization in New York City for nearly a decade, where she represented individuals in removal proceedings and other noncitizens applying for status, with a focus on asylum, family-based immigration and humanitarian relief.
